You don’t need a motto to be successful
There were a few times when I’ve been personally asked: what is your personal motto?
My first thought was: the fuck I know? The one about lemons, I guess? The second thought led to a blank page. Error 404. Tabula rasa. The more I thought about it, the more I realised that there is no “one and only” motivational phrase that would pull me and my life towards a better future.
(…) Does it make me a bad person? A failure? Absolutely not.
The good, the bad and the guilty
In the previous entry I got very passionate about creativity and how it became some sort of an endangered species in the era of raising AI. I still stand by that, however today I would like to bring the perspective of a designer (me, hello!) that worked in tech and was forced to adapt.
Human-to-human approach in design (and not only in that)
Whenever greed and profit for the already wealthy become more important than anything else… creativity dies and the majority of us are left with an empty bucket.
But we can still do something about it.
Are you still a gadget?
We have reached a point where our lives are almost permanently dependent on machines, on bits, and on any device capable of simplifying daily routines and tasks. We move faster, appear smarter, and juggle multiple tasks all at once, yet this constant acceleration and sensory overload may also be blinding us, making it harder to distinguish the real from the artificial. But how did we arrive here?
